How does it work?
We start by sending you a mood board and an initial quote once we have our ideas in place, this can be confirmed by you and when we know exactly what you want, the final invoice will be sent and then we can start the party!
How much am I looking at?
Pricing varies depending on what you require. Our standard quote may also differ from the final invoice depending on your requirements. Often if we already have the items and we don’t need to source them, it can work out much cheaper.
The beauty of a custom party is that we can work in with your budget and do as little or as much as you want or can afford.
Due to the preparation and planning involved in organising a custom party we do recommend booking in at least four weeks before your party date.
The Mini Carousel (from $150)
This is our smaller package option. You may already have most of the party items and just need some of our hire items and a few extras. We can sort this out, turn up to your party venue and style your setting using our items and yours. This package is great for a busy mum or dad who doesn’t have the time, or someone who needs a creative eye. (Pricing is for hire items, hourly rate for styling, any items that have had to be bought and possibly travel).
Please note that the price varies for this package based on individual requirements. It is easier for us to get a bigger picture and more exact price once we can have an initial consultation with you to see your vision.
The Big Top (starting from $350)
This is our most popular custom package. It includes…
- Partyware: paper plates, straws, napkins
- Hire items: Includes table cloths, milk bottles, drink dispenser, candy buffet jars, crates, stools, dessert trestle table and kids trestle tables (Please refer to our hire list for a full range available)
- Decorations: Could include balloons, garlands, bunting, paper fans, table decorations, back drop, greenery etc
- Travel, Set up and styling: Set up is usually done by us on the day (or whenever suits you). It includes travel to your venue (Christchurch) and set up of the dessert table and kids party tables.
The styling also includes the sourcing of themed items prior to the party and even DIY crafting such as name tags and food labels, to make the party perfect. Unfilled named party favour bags are also included.
The Big Top package starts at $350 for 8 children, the final quote will differ depending on number of children and requirements after initial consultation.
The total price also includes preparation and time spent organising, postage of party items from specialist party stores and travel to pick up many items.

Party Styling Package
If you require us to style your hired Party Box or own special event, we are happy to bring our creative eye to style your event. This is charged at an hourly rate of $40 per hour, some travel fees may incur.
